- Damper setting: 6-8 recommended
Technique
- Start at catch position, shins vertical
- Drive with legs first
- Lean back slightly at finish
- Arms pull last, elbows in
- Control the return slide
Common Mistakes
- Opening back too early
- Rushing the slide
